We were buried therefore with him by baptism into death, in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, we too might walk in newness of life.

Consider these prompts to guide your prayers this week:

  • Give thanks to God, our Father, who raised Jesus from the dead in order to conquer sin. Thank God for people in your life who have been a witness of this life-changing fact for you.
  • Pray for your neighbors, friends, family that they may know Christ as Lord and Savior.
  • Consider what it looks like to “walk in newness of life.” Pray this week that you are aware of how you live your faith and that by doing so, you will be a witness to others.
